Description:
Services provided: responds to complaints and problems of residents in long-term care facilities (nursing homes, adult residential homes, other LTC facilities). Investigates and resolves problems and complaints of LTC residents. Works with LTC organizations, licensing, certification, and other agencies to improve quality of life of LTC residents. Provided I&R to families, services provides, and public on LTC issues. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm
