Description:
The purpose of the Community Based Outpatient Clinics is to provide primary health care to eligible veterans using available resources. Primary health care means non-emergent care for veterans with stable chronic health problems or minor acute illnesses. The community based outpatient clinic is not equipped to provide emergency services. If emergency services are needed, you should seek treatment at the nearest hospital emergency room.
VA offers a number of services that can provide you with the support that's right for you. Whether you and the Veteran you care for could use some help at home or you just need someone to listen, we're here to support you.
