Description:
Grief is the human reaction to significant loss, and it can be overwhelming. The intensity and duration of grief, as well as some of the physical and emotional symptoms common to grieving, take many people by surprise, especially if this is their first major loss.
Our Navian Hawaii bereavement counselors and trained volunteers offer support up to a year following the death of a loved one. Additionally, we offer bereavement workshops and support groups for individuals who want to connect with others for support and healing. Our services are open to the community – not just the patient’s family.
This agency was previously called Hospice Hawaii.
