What's Next? - 7/20/2012


The Alzheimer’s Association, Aloha Chapter is pleased to offer a second session of the powerful new program "What‘s Next? Learning to Feel Better…and Care Better" in Honolulu.
 
This 14 week intensive program is for family caregivers who are experiencing stress and burnout due to their caregiving situation.  Participants learn how to identify stressors particular to their circumstance, and work in a group setting on developing real-world strategies for coping and feeling better.
 
 
When:  Once per week, every Wednesday from August 8 to November 7, 2012
 
Time:  10 AM to Noon
 
Location:  Central Union Church
1660 So. Beretania Street, Honolulu
 
Cost:  FREE to Family Caregivers
Donations gratefully accepted.

NOTE: Pre-registration is required; walk-ins CAN NOT be accepted. Participants must be willing to attend all 14 sessions to enroll.
