PDF files posted on this Web site require Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.01 or higher. You may download the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader free from this site.

  • If you are having difficulty opening or viewing a PDF file, be aware that on most computers, Adobe Reader is configured to open a PDF file inside your web browser with a browser plug-in.  Sometimes this causes problems with especially large PDF files (and may result in a blank screen or a message indicating the file is damaged). Such problems can be resolved by right clicking on the link, which brings up a list of options.  Scroll down to the "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" option.  When you select this option, you will be prompted to choose where on your computer to save the file. Once saved, navigate to where you saved it, and click on it to open the file. It should open properly now.
